We are very pleased with the managed print program from WJ Office. In the past we found ourselves struggling with break/fix problems that required specialized training. This training is often not cost-effective for small organizations. WJ Office brings this expertise to us and allows our employees to focus on problems that are more applicable to their skill set. In addition to excellent break/fix support the managed print program gives us insight to our printer usage and eliminates the need to stock pile toner. Utilizing the meter readings we are better able to determine printer needs and ensure printers are right-sized for their intended purpose. With toner being provided we have been able to eliminate toner stock piles and no longer have an excess of toner that goes unused, especially when a printer breaks unexpectedly or the last printer of a specific model is retired. The managed print program is a great benefit to us.
